Willamina Ave ADU

With 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, a living room space, a kitchenette, and 2 bathrooms, this ADU has everything you could possibly need for a second living space. For this project specifically, we were only asked to complete the shell of the building. That means we were able to crank things out relatively quickly, finishing all the foundation, framing, roofing and siding in about 2 months.

Although we were able to finish this build pretty rapidly, it wasn’t without some challenges. The roof, for example, was quite complex and required us to hand-frame multiple components where trusses simply wouldn’t work. Once it was finished though, there was a beautiful vaulted ceiling ready to be appreciated. Take a look at some of the incredible sunny weather we had the privilege of working in below as well!

Ultimately, this job went very smoothly overall, and the homeowners were very pleased with their new space. Another job well done!
