NW 132nd Pl Project

This project features a 400 SF Timber Patio Cover with custom steel brackets that were fabricated on our plasma CNC table and fitted with large bolts. The cover is finished using the Shou-Sugi-Ban woodburning technique and then stained to create a rich and beautiful visual contrast. The deck under the cover was built using Voyage decking, which is the top tier of Deckorators decking products. The deck also utilizes black metal railing for safety, and a dry-deck membrane to waterproof the enclosed space below, which is constructed with clear paneling and adds dry, all-season storage space for the homeowners.

 

In addition to the deck and cover, this project also included an outdoor kitchen. This portion of the project includes a grill, mini fridge, sink, firewood storage, and a genuine copper countertop. Above this kitchen space are 2 natural gas heaters, a fan to help regulate the airflow, and lights & skylights to improve visibility at any time of the day.
