Here’s a look at our most recently completed project: a 2nd story Master Bedroom Addition, which featured some cool custom touches, and revamped this awesome home from the 1930s!

While the Addition was the star of the show, there were a number of other improvements also made to the home.

The exterior was updated with black board and batten siding throughout, adding depth and contrast to the home. It also features new black windows to match the trim color. In the back, we added a new 155 SF composite deck, with black aluminum railing and picture framing. We also created a new fence and gate to close off the back yard, along with a newly poured walkway and slab for a new hot tub and to give easier (and less muddy) access to the front door.

Inside, you will see custom trusses in the bedroom and office area, which provide a unique aesthetic and touch for the homeowners to enjoy year-round. The new base moulding and carpet were matched to the existing, to make the new space feel like a natural extension of the home. In the basement, we reinforced the existing foundation with almost a metric ton of rebar and poured new support all throughout, enabling the new addition to appear seamless with no other exterior supports needed. After the basement was reinforced, it was also refreshed with all new finishes throughout, adding more livable space for a library area.
