The Garage allows for 2 parked cars and also provides dedicated storage space under the stairs, making this type of addition an easy choice for growing families who have the budget. While this particular build is certainly one of the bigger Garage/Addition combos we’ve done, it can easily be designed to be smaller with a similar layout for people who want a more conservative size.
On top of the already large addition, this project also added a 1,610 SF Basketball Court on the backside of the garage. This gives the kids a perfectly safe place to play ball so they can have fun and hone their skills. The hoop was posted directly into the concrete, making this one of many elements in the project that will last for years to come.
